The Planar T* 1.7/50 lens offers the Contax photographer a slightly inexpensive alternative to the faster standard lens, the Planar T* 1.4/50. Excellent imaging performance, sharpness and low loss of brightness at the edges. As it has a natural perspective, it is particularly suitable for copy work, normal impressions of landscapes, people, travel photography and photojournalism.
