The Distagon® T* 1.4/35 lens permits operation in low light with relatively fast shutter speeds. The distortion of this retro-focus lens is extremely well corrected. It contains an aspheric element. It is quite sharp, with even image field illumination. The lens uses floating elements, for clearly improved image sharpness in the close-up range. This lens is suited for group photographs, travel photos, photojournalism, and available-light photography.
